From Plymouth UK, Mark has been a long time collector of fan films. He later became a distributor for meany of the films he collected over the years.
Mark is a founding member of Plymouth Who Productions. To-date they have produced two films and 13 audio plays. Mark is the main editor for the rang and has edited the two films and 10 out of the 13 radio plays.
Mark also provides the voices for the Daleks, Cybermen, Ood, Jadoon and other monsters in the fan series as well as lending his vocal talents to other characters.
